This Privacy Policy explains how prabhashjha.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you visit or interact with the site. By using the site, you agree to this policy. Last updated: 24 July 2026.
Information we collect
-
Information you provide — such as your name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter, complete a form, or contact us.
-
Information collected automatically — such as your device and browser type, the pages you visit, and general location, gathered through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
-
To send you the newsletter and respond to your enquiries.
-
To understand how the site is used and to improve its content and performance.
-
To display relevant content and, where applicable, advertising.
-
To meet legal obligations.
Cookies
This site currently sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.
If advertising is introduced later, this section will be updated before any ad cookie is set, and visitors in regions that require consent will be asked first.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Source content is stored on GitHub. Newsletter subscriptions, when enabled, are handled by an email provider; contact form messages, when enabled, are delivered by a form provider. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
No advertising network is active on this site at present. If Google AdSense or a comparable network is added, it may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites, and you will be able to opt out of personalised advertising through Google’s Ads Settings.
Consent
Where the law requires consent before non-essential cookies are set — including the EU and UK under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive — that consent will be requested through a consent banner before any such cookie is used. Because the site sets no advertising cookies today, no banner is shown. You can withdraw consent at any time once one is in place.
Affiliate links
Some posts may contain affiliate links. If you buy something through one, this site may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Any post containing such links carries a clear disclosure at the top. Affiliate links never change what is recommended or what is written.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address only to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site (such as our hosting and email providers), and where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
